Creating a Bill
Follow these steps to create a new bill for an event.
Follow these steps to create a new bill for an event.
Step 1: Open the Event
The Create New Bill window will open.
- Go to Events.
- Select the event.
- Click the Bills tab.
- Click Add Bill.
The Create New Bill window will open.

Step 2: Enter Bill Details
🔹 Bill Number *
Enter a unique bill number.
Example: BILL-001
🔹 Vendor *
Select the vendor from the dropdown list.
Vendors must be added in the Vendors section before creating a bill.
🔹 Service Category *
Select the service category associated with the vendor.
🔹 Event *
The related event will be selected automatically.
🔹 Bill Date *
Select the bill issue date.
🔹 Due Date *
Select the payment due date.
🔹 Amount *
Enter the total bill amount.
🔹 Attachment (Optional)
You can upload supporting documents such as:
Invoice copy
PDF
PNG / JPEG
(Max file size: 4.5MB)

Step 3: Create Bill
Click Create Bill.
The bill will now appear in the Bills list.

Bills are categorized as:
You can filter bills using the status options at the top.

- Unpaid
- Partially Paid
- Paid
You can filter bills using the status options at the top.
Viewing a Bill
- Go to Events > Bills.
- Click the bill to view details.
- Vendor details
- Bill amount
- Due date
- Payment status
- Attached files

Using the Bills section, you can:
