The Guests section allows you to manage event registrations, track attendees, and share guest details with clients.

You can:
  • View registered guests
  • Send registration links
  • Set registration limits
  • Export guest lists
 
Viewing Guest List
Follow these steps to view guests for an event:

Step 1: Open the Event
  1. Go to Events.
  2. Select the desired event.
  3. Click on the Guests tab.

You will see a table displaying:
  • Guest Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Registered Date

This list updates automatically when guests register.
 
Sending Registration Link
You can send a registration link to allow guests to register for the event.

Step 1: Open the Guests Tab
  1. Go to the event.
  2. Click Guests.

Step 2: Click “Send Registration Link”
  1. Click the Send Registration Link button.
  2. You may be prompted to update registration settings.
  3. Click Send to confirm.

The registration link will be sent to the selected recipient.
 
Updating Registration Settings
Before sending the registration link, you can configure guest limits and deadlines

To Update Settings:
  1. Click Send Registration Link.
  2. The Update Registration Settings window will open.

You can modify:
🔹 Max Guests
Set the maximum number of allowed registrations.

🔹 Registration Deadline
Select the last date for guest registration.

🔹 Registration Deadline Time
Set the exact closing time.

Click Update to save changes.
 
Sending Guest List (CSV)
You can export and send the guest list as a CSV file.

Steps:
  1. Go to the Guests tab.
  2. Click Send Guests List.
  3. Confirm by clicking Send.

The system will generate and send the guest list file.
