How to Add an Itinerary in EventDesk

Step 1: Open the Event
- Go to Events from the sidebar.
- Click on the event you want to manage.
- Navigate to the Itinerary tab.
Step 2: Click “Add Itinerary”
- Click the Add Itinerary button.
- The Add Itinerary Items window will open.

Step 3: Select the Event Date
- Click on Select Date.
- Choose the date for which you want to add itinerary items.

Step 4: Add Itinerary Items
For each schedule item:
For each schedule item:
- Select the Time.
- Enter the Itinerary Item Name
Example:
- Registration
- Welcome Speech
- Lunch Break
- Award Ceremony
- Click + Add Row
- Enter time and title for each additional item
Step 5: Save the Itinerary
Once all items are added:
Your itinerary will now appear under the selected event date.
Once all items are added:
- Review the schedule.
- Click Save All.
Your itinerary will now appear under the selected event date.
