How to Add an Itinerary in EventDesk

Step 1: Open the Event
  1. Go to Events from the sidebar.
  2. Click on the event you want to manage.
  3. Navigate to the Itinerary tab.
 
Step 2: Click “Add Itinerary”
  1. Click the Add Itinerary button.
  2. The Add Itinerary Items window will open.
 
Step 3: Select the Event Date
  1. Click on Select Date.
  2. Choose the date for which you want to add itinerary items.
 
Step 4: Add Itinerary Items
For each schedule item:
  1. Select the Time.
  2. Enter the Itinerary Item Name

Example:

    • Registration
    • Welcome Speech
    • Lunch Break
    • Award Ceremony


    To add more items:
    • Click + Add Row
    • Enter time and title for each additional item


    You can add multiple rows before saving.
     
    Step 5: Save the Itinerary
    Once all items are added:
    • Review the schedule.
    • Click Save All.

    Your itinerary will now appear under the selected event date.
