How to Edit an Event in EventDesk

Step 1: Go to the Events Page
- Log in to your EventDesk account.
- Click Events from the left sidebar.
- Locate the event you want to edit in the event list.
Step 2: Click the Edit Icon
- In the Actions column next to the event:
- Click the Edit (✏️) icon.
- The Edit Event form will open.

Step 3: Update Event Information
You can modify the following details:
🔹 Event Name
Update the name of the event if needed.
🔹 Venue
Change the location or venue details.
Add or update event notes.
🔹 Max Guests
Adjust the maximum guest limit.
🔹 Registration Deadline
Change the registration closing date and time.
🔹 Start Date & Time
Modify when the event begins.
🔹 End Date & Time
Update when the event ends.
You can modify the following details:

Step 4: Save Changes
After making the required updates:

- Click Update Event.
