How to Edit an Event in EventDesk

Step 1: Go to the Events Page
  1. Log in to your EventDesk account.
  2. Click Events from the left sidebar.
  3. Locate the event you want to edit in the event list.
 
Step 2: Click the Edit Icon
  1. In the Actions column next to the event:
  2. Click the Edit (✏️) icon.
  3. The Edit Event form will open.
 
Step 3: Update Event Information
You can modify the following details:

🔹 Event Name
Update the name of the event if needed.

🔹 Venue
Change the location or venue details.


🔹 Description
Add or update event notes.

🔹 Max Guests
Adjust the maximum guest limit.

🔹 Registration Deadline
Change the registration closing date and time.

🔹 Start Date & Time
Modify when the event begins.

🔹 End Date & Time
Update when the event ends.
 
Step 4: Save Changes

After making the required updates:
  1. Review the details.
  2. Click Update Event.
Your changes will be saved immediately.
